Article 106

(1) The provisions of this chapter concerning the electoral bureaus of the polling stations shall also apply accordingly to the electoral bureaus of the polling stations in the Municipality of Bucharest.

(2) The provisions concerning the electoral bureaus of communal, town, and municipal constituencies shall also apply accordingly to the electoral bureaus of the sector constituencies of the Municipality of Bucharest, and, as the case may be, to the electoral bureau of the constituency of the Municipality of Bucharest.

(3) The provisions concerning the electoral bureaus of county constituencies shall also apply accordingly, as the case may be, to the electoral bureau of the constituency of the Municipality of Bucharest.
