(1) Responsibility for ensuring confi dentiality of personal data and security of data processing in the Electoral Register is incumbent upon the Permanent Electoral Authority, the persons authorised and the persons empowered, referred to in Article 26.
(2) The data and information included in the Electoral Register are meant exclusively for the voting processes.
