(1) The persons authorised, according to the law, shall carry out operations in the Electoral Register and have access to the data and information in the Electoral Register only for the administrative-territorial unit or subdivision within whose jurisdiction they carry out their activity, with the exceptions set by this law.

(2) The persons empowered by order of the President of the Permanent Electoral Authority shall carry out the communications referred to by this law through the Electoral Register.
