(1) While fulfi lling its powers, the Permanent Electoral Authority shall adopt decisions, resolutions and orders, which are signed by the president and countersigned by the vice-presidents.

(2) The resolutions and orders of the Permanent Electoral Authority that have a normative nature shall be published in the Offi cial Journal of Romania, Part I.

3) The resolutions and orders of the Permanent Electoral Authority that do not have a normative nature, as well as the decisions of the Permanent Electoral Authority shall be notifi ed to the persons concerned and are published by being posted on its own Website.
