If according to the provisions of Article 17 of this Law elections for the president of the Republic of Croatia are repeated, in the period from the first day of voting and 24 hours before the day of the fresh elections, candidates for the president of the Republic of Croatia shall have all rights regarding the presentation of their electoral programs and regarding the electoral campaign as determined in Articles 13 and 14 of this Law.
