Polling stations shall be determined with regard to the number of electors and territorial distances respectively, so that the number of electors at one polling station shall be such as not to cause any difficulties in voting at the time sat for voting. A separate room shall be provided for each polling station.
Rooms provided for voting shall be arranged so as to ensure secrecy of voting.
