Article 25 Preparations in Polling Station  Before the beginning of elections the Chairman of a Ward Election Commission shall inspect  ballot box and portable ballot box and seal them in the presence of polling clerks. He shall further  check the facilities of the polling station, readiness of the electoral register, and the number of ballot papers and blank, opaque envelopes marked with the official seal of the municipality (hereinafter referred to as ”the envelopes”) for sufficiency.
