Article 27 Election Campaign              (1)       The time of election campaign means the period beginning 17 days and ending 48 hours before the poll.              (2)       The municipality shall designate the space for posting the election advertisements for the purposes of the election campaign not later than 35 days before the polling day. Its use must comply with the principle of equality of participating political parties and independent candidates.         (3)       Any election campaign is prohibited 48 hours before the poll and on the polling day.              (4)   The members of the Election Commissions and members of the expert (summarising) units must not provide information on the course and results of the elections before signature of the minutes on the result of elections.
