(1) President can be nominated by:
a) Political party groups,
b) Political parties alone or together received at least 5 % of the total votes in the last election
c) At least by 100.000 voters
(2) Being nominated is subject to written consent of the individual.
(3) No new candidate can be nominated after the date of the end of the nomination period.
