(1st Article of Law 2234, amended on 17 May 1979.) If the offences described in 141st, 142nd, 143rd and 144th Articles have been committed on ballot box voter lists after their preparation based on the voter registers, and on other lists which will be prepared according to the resolutions of the Supreme Board of Elections, the offenders are punished as specified in these articles.
