(14th Article of Law 656, on 14 July 1965.) For the districts and elections determined by the Supreme Board of Elections, the regular functions of the judges who act temporarily as chairmen of the District Electoral Boards are partly or completely fulfilled by other judges who are appointed by the Higher Board of Magistrates, during the period that starts from the beginning of the elections until the last election protocols are combined; the former judge defines the assignments and job description of the newcomer.
