Removal of disqualified justices

Justices with legal grounds for recusal or who are disqualified on the grounds of a specific matter shall not sit on the Tribunal until the reason
for the recusal or disqualification is no longer operative, and an alternate judge shall act in their place. In this respect, the provisions of the Structural Law of the Judicial Branch and the grounds regulated by the Law of Civil Procedure shall apply where applicable.
