Fines for non-performance of duties by a public official
Public officials who unjustifiably refuse to issue reports, attestations, certificates or supporting documents or delay the dispatch of these documents requested by individuals or public officials for electionrelated purposes for no reason shall be liable to a fine of two to five times the statutory monthly minimum wage.
