Supporting the operation of election management bodies

(1) The Parliament, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Statistical Office, the General Services Department of the Government of the Republic of Macedonia and their regional offices, as well as the municipalities and the City of Skopje, shall be obliged to provide election management bodies with the technical, spatial and other conditions required for their operation.
(2) For implementing the activities from paragraph (1) of this article, the bodies shall be provided with funds from the Budget of the Republic of Macedonia.
