Article 51
Computerised Processing of Election Returns
(1) The software, logistics, and hardware required for computerised processing of the results of elections shall be provided by the Statistical Office of the Slovak Republic.
(2) The Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic and electoral authorities have statutory obligation to timely notify the appropriate department of the Statistical Office of the Slovak Republic of any fact, which may effect the conditions of computerised processing of election returns.
