Applications in situations for which there are no special provisions:

The situations for which there are no special provisions, are subject to the provisions of Law 298 on The Law On Basic Provisions On Elections And Voter Registers, provided that these provisions do not contradict the provisions of this law.

The Supreme Board of Elections is authorized to take necessary provisional decisions in order to conduct a fair and decent Parliamentary Election.
