(1) Posting posters of cities in Article 8 of this law is allowed with the consent of the owner or operator of billboards, buildings, other structures or land.

(2) When the organizers of the election campaign poster posting posters outside the cities without the consent of the preceding paragraph, the owner or operator removes his posters at the expense of the organizer or organizers invite the posters removed immediately. If the organizer within three days of receipt of the posters are not removed, the owner or operator shall remove the posters at the expense of the organizer.

(3) For the installation of posters from the first paragraph of this article shall be prescribed by special permit and levy municipal taxes.
