Article 19
 

By-elections called by the President of the Republic not later than fifteen days after the establishment of the National Assembly on the termination of the mandate.


By-elections shall be conducted in the constituency in which he was elected deputy whose mandate has expired.


In the by-election is elected the candidate who received the most votes.


If the by-election in the constituency elects two or more Members to vote on the basis of the list of nominations. Voters may vote for as many candidates as there are deputies to be elected at the by-election in the constituency. The candidates who received the most votes.


By-elections shall be conducted according to the provisions of this Act applicable to the general election, unless this Article provides otherwise.
