The constituency electoral commission:

1. ensure the legality of the election of Members to be elected in the constituency,


2. notes or individual candidate or list of candidates in accordance with the law,


3. Notes the results of the vote and announce which MPs are elected in the constituency pursuant to Article 90 of this Act, and give a report on the outcome,


4. leads directly to the technical work in connection with the elections,


5. perform other tasks stipulated by law.
