Voting lasts continuously from 7 am to 19 pm. Polling, which are all voted on the electoral roll registered voters, can be closed before the 19th hour.


Electoral committees may in agreement with the district election commission determined that the vote ends after 19 hours, if necessary, to allow the vote to voters who would otherwise not be able to vote. The fact that the vote at the polling station ended after 19 hours, the district electoral commission to inform the representatives of candidates as soon as it has been adopted such a decision.


Notwithstanding the provision in the second paragraph of this article, the votes may not begin before 4 pm and does not stop after 23 hours.
