Due to irregularities in the candidacies, each candidate or representative of a list of candidates the right to lodge an appeal with the constituency electoral commission. The objection may be filed by the deadline set for the submission of lists of candidates.

The constituency electoral commission must decide on the objection in the process of determining the legality of lists of candidates, within 48 hours of the deadline for the submission of lists of candidates.
