Filling Vacancies

(1) (amend. - SG 39/16, in force from 26.05.2016) Where party or coalition of political parties under Art. 102, Para. 6 or 7 has failed to make а proposal, the Central Election Commission not later than 7 days in advance of election day shall appoint for members of the section election commissions persons proposed by the heads of the respective diplomatic missions or consular representations or by the Minister of Foreign Affairs or a Deputy Minister authorised by him.
(2) (suppl. - SG 39/16, in force from 26.05.2016) The heads of the respective diplomatic missions or consular representations or the Minister of Foreign Affairs or the Deputy Minister authorised by him may make the proposals on the basis of proposals by organisations of Bulgarian citizens in the respective country. The proposals of the organisations of Bulgarian citizens shall be immediately published on the websites of the respective diplomatic and consular representations.
