Expenditure Bearing

(1) The expenditures made in relation to dispatching the members included in the section election commissions and suggested by political parties and coalitions of political parties, shall be on the account of the respective party and coalition of political parties.
(2) The members included in the section election commissions and suggested by the Minister of Foreign Affairs or by a Deputy Minister authorised by him shall be seconded by the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
