CROATIA - Act on the Amendments to the Act on Referendum and Other Forms of Personal Participation in the Performance of State Powers and Local and Regional Self-Government
In the Act on Referendum and Other Forms of Personal Participation in the Performance of State Powers and Local and Regional Self-government (Official Gazette “Narodne Novine”, No. 33/96 and 92/01) in Article 12 the words “State Referendum Commission” are replaced by the words “State Election Commission of the Republic of Croatia”.
