For other voters located abroad, who are residing or travelling there temporarily, the voter list is compiled in the diplomatic-consular missions and foreign offices of Croatia in which the voters would vote.[35] When registered in this manner, these voters are recorded as being residents of the place of their residence in Croatia prior to departure from the country.[36]
