The Election Commission System

 

1. The system of election commissions in charge of organizing and conducting elections is comprised by:

   1) the Central Election Commission,

   2) the constituency election commissions,

   3) the polling station commissions.

 



The jurisdiction of election commissions regarding the election procedure shall be divided as follows:





the Central Election Commission shall have jurisdiction over the entire territory of Ukraine;



the constituency election commissions shall have jurisdiction over the territory of a single-mandate constituency;



the polling station commissions shall have jurisdiction over the territory of a polling station.
