The status of the Central Election Commission shall be determined under the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine on the Central Election Commission, under this Law and other laws of Ukraine.
The status of constituency and polling station commissions shall be determined under this law.
The constituency election commission is a legal entity.
The polling station commission is not a legal entity. The polling station commission shall have a seal approved by the Central Election Commission.
