Article 72
 

[If the presiding election board is present at a polling station and the counting of votes takes place immediately, an election board may deliver the ballot box unsealed to the presiding election board in the presence of list agents.
As soon as the elections are concluded and an election board has compiled the necessary reports from the register of electors it shall send those copies of the register of electors used in the elections in sealed packages to the presiding election board.]1)
