Article 29
 

(1) The community shall notify the person whose listing in the electoral list was objected, stating the reasons, within 24 hours after receipt of the objection. The person concerned has the right to make counter-statements in written form or orally before the authority competent to decide on the objection within four days after the receipt of the objection.

(2) The names of the objecting persons are subject to official secrecy. They shall be provided to the criminal courts at request.
