(1) Outside of Vienna the community electoral authority and in Vienna the district electoral authority shall decide on objections within six days following the end of the period of access. § 7 of the General Administrative Procedure Act 1991 is applicable.
(2) The community shall without delay notify the objecting person and the person concerned of the decision in written form.
