Entering the result of the election into the record When the result of the election has been confirmed, the authority confirming the result shall mention in the record the names of both the elected persons and those persons who, if a seat becomes open, will replace the member as a deputy representative or who have been nominated as deputy councillors. Each elected person is entered into the record by stating his or her name and title, profession or occupation and, with the exception of municipal elections, his or her municipality of residence, as well as his or her comparative index and the number of votes he or she has received.
