Decision on the number of candidates and on nominating candidates   The decision on the number of candidates and the nomination of candidates is made by the association acting as a party district organisation in the electoral district (district organisation). The decision is made by the decision-making organ of the district organisation, or with its authorisation, the board of the district organisation. Those candidates who have received most votes in the vote by the members shall be nominated as candidates. If the vote by the members has not been conducted for  reasons referred to in section 112 (2), persons who have been named in the vote by the members, or some of them, must be nominated as candidates.
