Right of change On the recommendation of the party board, the result of the vote by the members can differ by no more than one fourth from the number of candidates nominated by the party (right of change). Even then at least half of the candidates of the party must be persons who have received most votes in the vote by the members. In the case of using the right of change, the result of the vote by the members does not include a person who, because of ineligibility, refusal or other similar reason cannot be nominated as a candidate.
