UKRAINE- Joint Opinion on the Draft Law on the state register of voters of Ukraine submitted by people's Deputies of Ukraine, Mr O. Zadorozhny and Yu. Klyuchkovsky
Although Article 3.1.1 of the draft Law prohibits denial of the vote to those entitled to it under Article 70 of the Constitution, for the avoidance of doubt it may be worth clarifying what the term ‘data about the voter’s capacity’ means.
