Notifications on candidates who are citizens of another European Union member state The district committee of Helsinki is immediately, after the combination of candidate lists has been drafted, required to notify the Population Register Centre of citizens of other European union member states who appear on the combination of candidate lists. The population register office is required to send the information concerning these candidates immediately to the appropriate authorities in the home member states of these candidates.
