Permanent members of a Municipal Election Commission shall be appointed by the Municipal Assembly upon the proposal of the municipal body in charge of the selection and appointment of these members.
The composition of a Municipal Commission shall be publicised in the "Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro – Municipal Ordinances".
