Extracts and copies If an extract or a copy of a document referred to in this Act is given to someone other than the person the document concerns, or to an authority who is to conduct the functions referred to or arising from this Act, it must be given without the special identifying numbers and check mark in the identity number. There are separate regulations in force regarding mass delivery.
