The election material shall be kept for the period of at least 4 (four) years.
Exceptionally to the provision referred to in paragraph 1 f this Article, the ballot papers shall be kept for 90 (ninety) days or until the termination of the procedure on the infringement of rights during the election.
The manner of keeping and using the election material is prescribed by the Republican Election Commission.
