No alterations to the extracts from the Register of Electors may be made of the day of composing the certified extract from the Register of Electors for each polling station, to the day of conducting the election, as well as on the polling day.
If any of the activities are performed in contravention to the provision referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article, the Polling Board shall be dissolved, and voting at that polling station shall be repeated.
