Article 91
 



The Polling Board shall place unused, invalid and valid ballot papers in separate envelopes with the indication of its content and which shall then be sealed. The complete election material containing the Record of the Work of the Polling Board, extract from the Register of Electors, ballot papers, control coupons separated from the ballot papers, the stamp of the Polling Board, as well as other remaining election material shall be placed in another envelope and sealed.



After the election results have been established, the Polling Board shall deliver, immediately, and not later than 12 (twelve) hours following the closing of the polling station, to the Municipal Election Commission the election material referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article.
