After its own review of the voters’ list and corrections thereto, the SEC may return the voters’ list with errors noted back to the Ministry of Justice.[42] As errors may be found too late to be corrected in the extracts sent to polling stations, some jurisdictions permit additional corrections to be made subsequently, with the information about last-minute changes being communicated to election boards prior to election day.
