The law provides that territorial commissions are created “not later than 50 days before the elections and parties apply for nomination of their members of the commissions no later than 53 days before the vote”. Under present circumstances and using the extended timeframe for organising elections the Central Electoral Commission might envisage the possibility of creating electoral commissions of lower levels as early as possible in order to facilitate professional training of their members.
