The electoral commission shall within 48 hours following the receipt of the objection issue a decision and send it to the objector.
If the electoral commission adopts the objection, it shall annul the decision or action. If the electoral commission does not issue a decision on objection within the time period prescribed by this Law, the objection shall be considered adopted.
