1. Polish Television and Polish Radio shall assure the National Electoral Commission, in the period of time which begins with the declaration of elections to the Seym and to the Senate the opportunity for cost-free presentation of information, explanation and communications connected with the elections and with the regulations of the election law in force, on nationwide television and radio channels.
2. The National Council of Radio and Television shall, in agreement with the National Electoral Commission and the Boards of Polish Television and Polish Radio determine in regulations the procedures for the matters referred to in paragraph 1 above.
