Article 24
 

a) Paragraph 1 shall be reworded as follows:

“1. The Chairperson, Deputy Chairperson, Secretary and all members of a district election commission shall be paid wages from the state budget during the total terms of their office.”.

b) Paragraph 2 shall be removed.
