In addition to the conditions for being a voter, a candidate also must meet the conditions of section 3 of article 45 and article 69 of the Constitution.
A candidate for local government organs, in addition to the conditions provided in article 45 of the Constitution, shall be a citizen domiciled in the respective local government unit. A candidate for the organs of local government may not be a deputy in the Assembly or a candidate for deputy.
The candidates of the party lists deposited with the electoral commissions shall meet the conditions contemplated in sections 1 and 2 of this article.
