The deputy while solving the questions related to his recalling, after the decision has been taken to appoint voting on recalling, may have proxies to represent his interests in relations with electors, initiative groups, state bodies and commissions on the holding of voting on recalling a deputy. Registration of proxies and their work shall be executed in accordance with the procedure stipulated by this Code for electing deputies.
