According to the same act, the Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Secretary, and members of the Central Commission can be relieved of the post before expiry of their powers by the President of the Republic of Belarus with notification of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus when conducting actions which discredit the Central Commission.
