Such a provision is vague and may lead to abuses. Furthermore, there is no certain provision on who should decide on whether the member has conducted such actions. In order to ensure the independence of the electoral commission, such a sanction should be possible only by a decision of an independent court in case of precisely defined and serious violations of the law.
