Nevertheless, it is recommended that this provision expressly indicate that the City Court decision can be appealed to the relevant Court of Appeal and that Court of Appeal decision is the final decision and cannot be appealed. The provision should also stipulate the timeframe during which the City Court decision can be appealed and the timeframe in which the Court of Appeal must consider and release its decision in order not to delay the organisation of the electoral process.
